PLEASE NOTE - The cost of a consultation is redeemable against the price of ensuing treatment or purchase of products. All new clients considering Semi Permanent Make-up treatments (including eyebrow correction for eyebrows done elsewhere), initial chemical skin peels, or initial Microneedling must schedule a consultation at least 48 hours before their desired appointment date. This consultation ensures the treatment's suitability and personalisation for optimal results. I will assess your skin type and condition, discuss your goals, and create a tailored treatment plan to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Bookings Policy
For the last-minute bookings please contact us directly by calling or texting 07427650357 within our working hours. Deposit Policy: Your deposit secures your appointment and is redeemable towards your treatments or products when you proceed, otherwise covers the cost of the consultation. Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask for at least 2 working days cancellation/rescheduling notice. All changes made in compliance with the above will secure your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule with less than two working days’ notice your deposit will be forfeited. Why We Have This Policy: This policy helps us ensure efficient use of our appointment slots and allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients. By giving us adequate notice, we can offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting. What Happens If You Need to Cancel Last Minute? We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel with less than the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee it.
