Bookings Policy
Please note that this service is only available for clients who have already had their relevant Initial Microblading/Shading, Lip, or Eyelash treatments done at DermaClinic not later than 10 weeks ago. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly by calling or texting 07427650357 within our working hours. Returning Clients: Returning clients can book subsequent SPMU, chemical peel, or microneedling treatments without a consultation (unless there's been a significant change to your health). Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask for at least 2 working days' cancellation/rescheduling notice. All changes made in compliance with the above will secure your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule with less than two working days’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Why We Have This Policy: This policy helps us ensure efficient use of our appointment slots and allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients. By giving us adequate notice, we can offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting. What Happens If You Need to Cancel Last Minute? We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel with less than the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee it. No-Show for the SPMU Top Up Appointment: No-show for your Semi-Permanent Makeup top-up appointment or rescheduling it with less than 24 hours' notice will result in losing the session. If you would like to re-book your treatment after a no-show or rescheduling it with less than 24 hours' notice, the treatment needs to be done within no more than 4 weeks after your original top-up to pay the discounted price. Please see the Extra top-up section in our price list. All SPMU top-up treatments rescheduled in line with our booking policy (minimum 2 working days' notice) can be re-booked at no extra charge if the treatment is performed no later than 4 weeks after the date of your original top-up. Any SPMU top-ups rescheduled beyond the 4-week timeframe will be priced individually according to the work and time they require.
